Setanta Performance Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services. All services are tailored to the individual based on professional clinical judgment.

3. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking or treatment.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided where applicable.

5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

6. Health and Medical Responsibility

By attending an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed all relevant medical history and conditions.

  • You will inform us of any changes to your health.

While we aim to provide safe and effective treatment, physiotherapy involves inherent risks. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Treatment Consent

Treatment will only be provided with your informed consent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss or injury resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to appointments.

10. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

  • Disrupt or interfere with website functionality
